You are not alone. I have had episodes my whole life. Check wikipedia on what they say about sleep paralysis, people have been experiencing it forever. And people hundreds of years ago give same descriptions as you do. I too pray to Jesus when it happens to me now and I am ok. Jesus taught me that Christians do not have to fear demonic possession, He protects us.

(PART 1) Iv had Something similar happen to me also but i could never see who it was.On one ocasion i was sleeping in my brothers room on his bed as he was out of town and my girlfriend was laying next to me.I layed there falling asleep and i senced someone walk in and run towards me and i felt it jump on top of me and it started strangling myself.I struggled for a few seconds and finally broke free.I jumped up scared for my life.I woke my girlfriend up in a pannic and said lets go.

Dj9968210..(PART 2) We we layed on the livingroom floor instead.I was real real scared.I didnt want to sleep in the house but it was real late.You guys dont have to believe me if u dont wobt to.I dont care..It happened im not lying..The main reason i didnt leave is because at the time my drivers licence was suspended and i did not want to get pulled over..real story..

Hello, thank you for sharing your stories. I used an ouija board that brought over 13 years of sleep paralysis into my life. I no longer have these attacks and if you ever need someone to talk to- I’m here to listen and offer encouragement. You can free yourself from this with help from God. I am a christian never used the board, and will never use it. But I believe that sleep paraylsis happened to me, or was it spiritaul warfare. I couldnt get up like I was slipping away…. I could see hell from afar… and all I could do was say ” Help me father” in my mind but couldnt open up my mouth… It was horrible.!
