Sometimes it causes me not sleep very well. Like, last night I didn't sleep at all. Usually, I just have to do alot of exercise so that I can just pass out, when it's time for me to go to bed. Thanks for sharing. My one time experiencing SP was strange cuz I wasnt asleep, I was resting, then I thought "Man Im thirsty", when I went to get up, I was frozen stiff! Also, Ive had a few audio hallucinations. Its always a wierd sound like the sound in the scene when Neo 1st came out the matrix (when the mercury stuff creptup his arm and went down his throat). I was thinking, maybe some of these sci-fiction movie ideas, might actually come from someone's mind that actually has had sleep paralysis. I don't know, LOL. Great story, though. Its called "Alice in Wonderland Symdrome" which may make certain objects sudenly to appear larger or smaller than they are. They speculated that the writer of that story (Alice in Wonderland) may have had the syndrome and was an inspiration for the story.
