The Sleep Paralysis Files #1: 9November 2003 at about 4:34AM or something like that. When I go to sleep sometimes spiritual and odd kinds of things happen to me. I just found out yesterday that I possibly have some thing called Sleep Paralysis or Hallucination Sleep Paralysis or something like that, and there are people out there that have pretty much the same thing I have going on with me. I think one of them was saying something about how The Spiritual Realm or Dream World and the Real World gets intertwined and that’s what’s going on. Say what you want to in the end, I’m only doing this because they shared, so since I feel like we’re going through the same kind of thing, I thought that I would share too. Just so you know, I believe in God, I have a personal relationship with God, Jesus died on the cross for my sins. So, say what you wanna say, because I know I’m going to Heaven. If you disagree, I guess that’s alright, but just know that isn’t gonna change what I believe. I’m a person of alot Faith, so I’m glad I got that cleared up with everybody. However, I like opinions or stories, so say what’s on your mind. If you don’t like my videos, just give them a bad rating, because I’m not here to get a good rating, I’m just here to talk to people who might be experiencing the same kinds of things I’m experiencing and stuff like that, because pretty much everybody else thinks I’m crazy when I talk about these things. This is the first video in a series of however many I need to make… It will give you a very easy technique to induce an OOBE (Out-Of-Body Experience). This first video deals with the most important aspect; inducing the gateway state needed to achieve a full blown OOBE which is what the medical establishment term ‘Sleep Paralysis’ amongst other things… I call it ‘The Vibrational State’. I started having sleep paralysis at the age of 11… a very scary experience at first, but after a while I learned that I wasn’t so paralysed; I seemed to be able to separate my consciousness from my physical body.
