try sleep paralysis. it is best for more novice people trying to become lucid in their dreams. ur better off googling sleep paralysis than having one person give tips. there are several tricks to it u can try urself.
also look up Dream Views in google. its a very helpful site for becoming lucid.
@Roy13161 Interesting… I’ve mainly been trying the ‘becoming conscious in my dream’ which hasn’t been working out for me. Do you have any recommended methods for the ‘staying conscious while the body falls asleep’ method?

there are different types of lucid dreaming. u do fall asleep but the trick is to either stay conscious as ur body sleeps or become conscious in ur dream by questioning reality. once u realize ur dreaming u can take control. slow at first but gets better with practice

@TheScreamingRetard Being aware means you know what’s going on in your environment, that’s how you really do lucid dreaming. You become aware that your surroundings don’t actually exist, they’re merely a dream.
