interesting, can definatly relate to the feelings, do you ever hear metalic voices talking at you, i had an episode last night, there was an entity in a white robe with a pointed hood, talking in verses, but the words felt like they were passing straight intome trying to harm me, felt very odd, but have a recuring theme of metalic voices, and the feeling of something trying to rip your soul out, experienced anything like this?

I suffered from sleep paralysis starting at 12, 13 yrs old, pretty regularly up into my mid 30′s. I too thought there were supernatural reasons. While the state of mind during sp may enable “lucid dreaming”, in the true sleep paralysis state, one is paralyzed, its biologically impossible to talk or move.
Also, I know that animals are sensitive to the other worlds – yet many of mine, sleeping right with me during all of my episodes, never sensed a thing. Proved to me it was all in my head.
@ampikine no i have like TSP which is terrifying sleep paralysis and its not interesting for me at all, iwould never wish wat i have upon some one else cause its just tht terrible
@gabrielhuanosto hearing voices before going into sleep paralysis? I hear the buzzing but never voices. I hear plenty of voices when I’m in sleep paralysis though lol. Last night my window was open and it was real windy. Every time I went into sleep paralysis I could hear people talking out my back garden (or around that area) and I wondered if there actually were people out there so I’d pull myself outta paralysis and then all I can hear is the wind. Bizarre but interesting shit.
@ampikine most of the times when i have these episodes, i kno its coming and i try to remember wat to do, how im going to approach this, all in the same time trying to focus on my breathing, wat im hearing, seeing. and i say just take it, fck it..i just had a short episode about half hour ago or an hour ago..i felt the weakness and buzzing ears and hearing voices and things..
doing it and thats when I see there was nothing to be afraid of. You can’t die in it and I’ve never actually felt real pain in SP, its usually just kinda aggitating. Probably the worst thing thats happened me in SP was the finger in the ass. I can’t imagine how fucked up it must be getting ass raped by a hallucination lol. I never see anything, I just hear and feel it. Seeing things would be much scarier. The key though is to know that you can’t die. You’ve nothing to lose so enjoy it.
@gabrielhuanosto unfortunately yeah. I’m far from a pussy, I’m not scared of dying, getting injured, locked up or really any of the common things people fear but I’m not so brave in sleep paralysis. Its honestly a whole new level of scary, fear like this doesn’t really exist in the ordinary physical world. I’ve noticed that attitude is everything though. When I’m really determined to just tough it out and stop running away like a pussy (I can pull myself outta paralysis), I usually end up doing

@barnabusdonn u should know that although your bodies paralysed, you can hallucinate arm movement. I regularly grope around behind me (my hallucinations are always behind me, I never see them) and grab them. Once I have a hold of them I can start strangling them and punching them. If I pull myself outta paralysis I realise my physical body didn’t move an inch. Was I hallucinating? Were they my astral arms I was using? Fuck knows, all I know is that it works! I recommend trying it next time.
The other night I had a messed up experience when I got prodded in the side of the mouth. The weird thing is I was actually dreaming at that point. In sleep paralysis I ALWAYS get it in the back, never from the side or front. Getting poked in the side of the mouth was a first for me. Wasn’t pleasant. It’d be worse getting it in the eye though lol. I often do wonder if theres some kinda entities behind this shit.

With me I get poked/prodded in all different areas of my back, its just on rare occasions it happens to be around where my ass is and its very bizarre cuz it feels like it would feel in real life.
@gabrielhuanosto yeah I do. I get it every night and although 95% of the time it isn’t bad at all, sometimes it is. I always know when I’m about to get the bad kind cuz I feel this pulsation in my head. That comment about the boogey man was just a joke. I see a lot of crazy theories involving the aliens and demons so I just thought I’d come up with a new crazy theory. I actually have been sodomized by hallucinations on a couple of occasions. Theres nothing more menacing than lying in bed…

I get SP all the time. I know whats causing it. Its the boogey man. The bastard lives under my bed, he waits till I fall asleep then he funnels drugs into my ear to paralyse me. Then he sodomizes me.

as much as I’d like to believe in the paranormal aspects of sleep paralysis, I no longer do. I had it from the age of about 12 regularly into my late 20′s, and still do occasionally. It is a medical condition. Hallucinations during SP are common. The mind is still in a dream state, anything can happen. There were times when my experiences were terrifying…but it’s just dreaming. There is nothing else going on.
WOW, your second SP ep. was bananas! It kind of ties into what I’ve come to the conclusion of about these dark beings. They need our energy vessel(body) to feed and manifest into this world.
Of course doctors know what it is….they just dont want to tell you what it is.
Last night i couldnt sleep, i had a very hard experience that very night, and i was feeling utterly nervous, with that “bad” feeling over the stomach, you know, and when i was almost going to black out, i heard this sounds, electronic sounds, like drones, and stuff, i think i was going to have a SP experience, but i woke up.
I’ve never had a dream where a person actually walks through my room door. And that alchemist guy sounds more like somebody who is into witchcraft.
