Afraid of Sleep Paralysis? Don’t Be!

Hey dreamers, here I explain and describe in simple terms a recent Sleep paralysis experience that stood out from most of my past experiences. Instead of being afraid and immediately in need of breaking free from the “threat” or the hallucinatory figure in the room, I instead describe how I attempted to accept it and embrace it…which enabled me to see something pretty interesting…
I am just riffing and sharing what I freshly experienced moments before the video recording, I am no expert in anyway, just a fan of the dream world. enjoy

@RobotnikHotCakes9000 wait a minute, when you had an obe and you saw your mom on the rocking chair, you were sleeping in a different room and you saw her while you were obe’ing? AND SHE WAS ACTUALLY REALLY THERE? as though YOU WERE IN REAL TIME IN THE SPACE .. OUT OF YOUR BODY? please clarify this dude
@nun3ez thanks for adding absolutely nothing to all of our existence.
i’ve recently learned how to over come the fear of sleep paralysis.
.. thanks for sharing your story
Fake and gayyyyyyyy
I don’t usually have hallucinations unless I have an obe. I saw my neice and brother standing in the hallway the last time and they weren’t really there. However I saw my mom on the rocking chair dowstairs and she was actually sitting there at that time. The first time I had an obe in July I imagined this kid my age that I guess tried to kill me. Good thing I’m not that scared of it anymore, but it was still pretty creepy that first time. :-/
@JoeTMR: I’m scared SHITLESS of sleep paralysis. If I try to get extra hours of sleep during the afternoon, I can feel my body going to sleep and my mind still too active. I do anything to get out of it. I’ll think about what you’ve said next time this happens, though. Greets from the West Island!
