So I watched a video on sleep paralysis and it said that sleep paralysis is caused by a demonic presence. I don’t know if this is true, I hope it’s not but idk. Now I’ve just scared myself!

DREAMING IS A MIRROR TO THE SPIRIT WORLD, AS SLEEP IS TO DEATH.
In a disruptive sleep pattern ,while in the trans like state, of sleep. The pineal gland is still open giving off chemicals in the brain that causes the dream state to merge with reality. You are awake, but still dreaming. This is the state to where demons reside, this is the state where those who are in the occult want to reach. Dreaming while still awake is the bridge or door way to the spirit world that is all around us.
It used to happen to me, it all stopped when I turned to Jesus. I once heard voices (still do once in a blue moon), saw shadows, and even had my curtain hover in the air moving like a serpent. I’ve felt a presence on my bed, and all this crazy stuff stopped when I turned to Jesus. I used to fight these demonic entities every time I was in sleep paralysis, and they would always try to tranquilize me so I go back to sleep but I would fight against it, but its all gone now because I have Jesus.
Bullshit. It’s not demons, it’s your brain’s different parts not shutting down/starting up ‘in sync.’ When you go to sleep, your body paralyzes itself to prevent ‘acting out’ your dreams (of course!). Sometimes people wake up before that process reverses completely…usually due to too much emotion (anxiety) ‘jolting’ you awake too quickly.
Team of scientist have concluded that our four dimensional universe is a digitized program of solidified light and dust, so I ask what is real? what is truly reality. If we humans are a digitized program of light and dust then this may mean we are being recorded by a being,(God) that is too vast to be comprehended without the bible. Because we humans are prone to be targeted by demons by our willingness or unwillingness, we should learn to discipline ourselves each day to read the Word of God,starting out with two or three verses a day will keep demons away. Read chapters in the book of Rom.,Eph.,Gal.,Col., ect., become acquainted with the with the Spirit of God, his heart toward you. Let God and all the host,(armies) of heaven see that you mean business to do battle against Satan and his demons by resisting their lies.
Demons can cause manifestations of mental disorders, demons of oppression, depression, and alike. With the advent of modern sciences a lot of what we knew have become non-descriptive,or murky with a barrage of scientific jargon, and suppressive drug therapies of the pineal gland in the brain, known as the third eye, the area of the brain where the demons can make contact with the targeted person, or persons from the spirit realm.
