    uhhh just dont look in the mirror when your in lucid dreaming cause you die in real life

  2. cyjlam says:

    my tip is to just let it happen- if you don’t fight the sleep paralysis, the glands in your brain that give you a feeling of fear will not be activated as much as they normally would during sleep paralysis, and your more likely to experience a positive out of body experience.

    @axnjxn3 that makes me wanna have sleep paralysis -.-

    @MuseDrumma117

    i dont see how thats possible. seeing as they arent real and all…

  5. MuseDrumma117 says:

    @MuseDrumma117 sorry about the bad spelling

  6. MuseDrumma117 says:

    @Aiicyla yea i am and ive dealt with demons before turst me

    so shut your mouth when you dont even know what you’re talking about

  7. Aiicyla says:

    @MuseDrumma117 LMFAOOO you still believe it’s some spiritual shit, even after science proved that wrong? I’m gonna take a guess and say you’re probably religious, too.

    I don’t think sleep paralysis is scary. Out of total luck, I found out that you can control what happens in your dream when your in this state. If a demon’s trying to kill me, I just imagine myself skateboarding with my friends and landing an insanely cool and hard trick that I would never be able to do in real life. Its like a whole new reality! You can imagine anything…although if I’m the only person that experiences this… reply to my comment I want to know if i’m crazy or not.

    I don’t have sp,but I just knew I was dreaming like a few times and it was awesome…its like takin drugs…

    In the SP state, after practice, it becomes relatively easy to lift one’s astral (ie ones “real”) arms and legs through the sheets – I think that they look like gossamer. The lucid dream state is also easy to get to from here.

  11. onimotoko says:

    @LocustCloacina Well, that’s nice for them.

  12. LocustCloacina says:

    @TheFirstBorn92 Some people, if they stay conscious while falling into SP (instead of waking up into it) get energy rushes and hear the crashing sound you mention.

  13. LocustCloacina says:

    @onimotoko People don’t enjoy being terrified, but while most people who wake into SP experience terror, not everyone always does. I have read that while many people experience fear and sometimes see scary creatures or feel suffocated, that doesn’t always happen, and some people have seen positive entities. Other people don’t see anything, but don’t feel scared, either once they find out what SP supposedly is. Also, some people claim they can use SP to enter lucid dreams or positive OBEs.

  14. JolynnConley8 says:

    @unmarkedX lt starts out scary but once you learn it cant hurt and is normal it feels Very pleasant. I had one yesterday and I was upset when it stopped.

  15. Hero420Juana says:

    OMG!! i can do that too i wake up in my dream and i can freely do what i want…. i have even learned to fly on command throughout the years. I can do his almost every night now!

  16. MuseDrumma117 says:

    dont say its cool demons want to trick you, make you like them so you accept them and they can come into you

  17. collinw420 says:

    I don’t find any thing pleasant about them I have been having these about three times a week for 20 years since I has 7. They still freak my out. But maybe I’m just a pussy

  18. 55oiram says:

    Hi,,,I have sleep paralysis but not some who has a bad dream about evil. I think this is bullshit because sleep paralysis can naver be positive,why? Because in my case,,i can’t breath and when paralysis attack me i waked up and gasp for air for second. It feels like i will die in some kind of heart attack. How the hell this can be positive if some has different kind of expirience like me. I agree with unmarkedX,,this is bullshit.

  19. AshleyWilliams19 says:

    @fahd08 Im not sure if its bullshit, but i know every experience ive had of sleep paralysis was terrifying. I felt as though i was being held down from an unseen force, and i couldnt breath. I honestly thought i was about to die right then. i could never open my eyes to see what was holding me down, and ive also thought i was being sexually assulted and couldnt fight back. its a helpless feeling, and im with you. i dont like it.

  20. dappstarr says:

    @unmarkedX astral projection

  21. Steveaux says:

    SP makes it easier to lucid dream. All you have to do is relax and allow yourself to submerge into your own mind. It’s just scary initially, but it gets comforting later after you get a handle on it. It’s very difficult to lucid dream from regular sleep, but jumping in from a SP episode is a great way to cheat.

  22. jigsaw99 says:

    @Jewlzeh
    yeah i get that… the pulse gets louder and louder for me and it makes me terrified

  23. jigsaw99 says:

    I usually wake after SP therefore i can’t transition into lucid dream.

  24. chicanoxloco says:

    really people,

    i experience sleep paralysis all the time and i like it!

    especially when i dream of anything i choose tooo!

    out of body experiences are real and i have felt them!

  25. onimotoko says:

    THis is bull. Sleep paralysis is NOT a good thing. Why would people enjoy being terrified?
